How do I cancel my "log in" so that I can start over from scratch. Because you know my password I can sign in. But when I go to change my profile I can't enter enter my password because I don't know it. I tried to change my log in name and start over but when I enter my email addr. you kick me out because it is "already in use". "CATCH 22"
